Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Everything you put into Aethyr stays on your device and is encrypted. Aethyr does not upload, sell, or share your personal data, and does not send your information to any third-party AI service. See our Privacy page for full detail.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Aethyr Premium is managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Aethyr, and you can change or cancel there at any time. Cancelling never deletes anything you've already saved.
Something isn't working — what should I try first?
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, then fully close and reopen the app. If a feature still misbehaves, restarting your iPhone clears most temporary glitches. If it persists, email us with your device and iOS version and we'll help.
Do I need to sign in or create an account?
No. Aethyr has no account and no sign-in. Your data lives on your device only, which is why there's nothing to log into.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Aethyr Premium in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it on. Your subscription will be recognised automatically.
Crisis & wellbeing helplines
Aethyr is a self-help tool, not a crisis service. If things feel too heavy right now, please reach out to a trained person who can help. Choose your country to see local helplines.

A note on language
This page is written in English. Most phones and browsers can translate any web page into your own language automatically — on iPhone, tap the page settings button in Safari and choose Translate; on Android, Chrome will usually offer to translate at the bottom of the screen. The helpline numbers below stay the same in any language.
