What is in it
Reminders for the moments
that actually matter.
Plan Your Day
Your reminders and tasks on one live timeline, so you can see the day instead of a list.
Leaving home
A checklist for walking out of the door with what you need, kept with Maps, places and Drive Now.
Overwhelm reset
When everything feels like too much, a low-pressure reset is one tap away.
Focus timer
A simple timer for the task in front of you.
Find my stuff
Note where you put things, so that “where did I leave it” has an answer.
Widgets and watch
Keep the next thing in sight from your home screen or your wrist.
Gentle on purpose
No red pile of
missed things.
Aethyr ADHD does not count what you did not do. There are no streaks to protect and no scores to lose. A reminder is there to help in the moment, and when it has done that, it steps back.
It is a self-help tool, not a medical app. It never diagnoses and never gives medical advice.

Private
No account. No ads.
No tracking.
Your reminders live on your device. Read the privacy policy for exactly what stays there and what does not.
Questions
Quick answers.
Will it nag me?
No. Reminders are built to ask rather than scold. There is no pile of red failures, and a reminder you let go simply moves on.
Can a reminder be tied to a place?
On Android, yes: you can save places such as home and get a reminder tied to one, if you allow location. You choose whether to allow it, and the app works without it.
Does it work on a watch?
On Apple Watch, yes, and the Android app has a Wear OS companion. Widgets keep the next thing in sight without opening the app.
